Chris Baranowski, Partner at DAC Beachcroft, and Sarah Valentine, Solicitor in their Safety, Health and Environment team. Both are involved in prociding advice and defence services to individuals and companies who have become exposed to major health (including corporate manslaughter) issues and investigations. Chris is also involved in provision of training for directors and health & safety managers on the impact of health & safety prosecutions.
