CPD Morning Meeting -Thursday 27th September 2018
This event will be presented by Kevin Hopton who is a learning and development specialist with a proven track record or developing innovative learning solutions and has spent much of his career working with the insurance industry.
In this workshop we will
- Look at the type of business culture in which sales flow naturally
- Consider how best to manage our pipeline of business prospects
- See how best to revisit old contacts or prospects which have gone cold
- Explore how to identify when existing clients are ready to buy more
- Discuss how to spot the right time to ask for referrals or recommendations
- Find out how to take the fear out of asking for more business from clients
- Look at the times when sales opportunities present themselves
- Consider how best to present proposals to best effect
- Explore how to maintain rapport with clients between sales
- Build the confidence to ask for what you want
Venue: AMP Technology Centre, Advanced Manufacturing Park, Brunel Way, Rotherham, S60 5WG
Meet 8.30 for 9am start. Event will conclude around 1 pm.
Why you should attend the event?
The aim of the course is to enable delegates to sell and cross sell more effectively to clients and prospects. This training will enable delegates to make the most of the regular contact they have with clients and recognise the opportunities to sell more and to reconnect with people they have previously been in touch with.
Who should attend?
This will be of interest to all CII members – Insurers, Brokers and Loss Adjusters.
