CPD Event with Anti-Racism Educational Charity "Show Racism the Red Card"
Some of you may remember that we held a CPD webinar earlier this year on the topic of "Unconscious Bias, Recognising Racism and Language of Equality".
Due to popular demand, we are welcoming back Molly-May Smith and her colleague(s) from the charity "Show Racism the Red Card" to lead this half-day in person workshop.
This time, we will be covering the following topics:
- History of racism
- Language and terminology including modern terminology and an overview of slurs
- Everyday racism and micro-aggressions
- Cultural appropriation
This is a highly interactive session and no conversation is off the limit!
Spaces are very limited so book your place early!
