Sustainability as Part of the Client Advice Process (new date)

Royal Victoria, Crowne Plaza, Sheffield
Thursday, 12 May 2022
8:30 am – 11:00 am (UK time)

Event Description

Across the four presentations we will be considering how responsible investing is being considered, research and ultimately invested in. During the session, the 4 speakers will explore what responsible investing means to their firms and how the research process goes beyond green washing giving advisors confidence that these solutions will be fit for purpose and will deliver the outcomes clients are expecting.

Square Mile will be discussing regulatory change and how they are blending responsible managers to create multi asset solutions. While Ninety-One will be discussing how responsible investing is incorporated into their Sustainable Equity Fund whilst BNY Mellon will look at responsible incorporation into the Global Dynamic Bond fund. There are also no doubts that this year has been one of the toughest years for investment markets in possibly a generation, cost of living rises, inflation spirals, tax rises, a strained global supply chain, the Covid hangover, the most savage rotation to value all compounded by the invasion of Ukraine. Both Ninety-One and BNY Mellon will provide their thoughts on the market and the outlook for this year and beyond.
