Annual General Meeting 2023

Your local institute council invites you to attend our 2023 Annual General Meeting in order to hear first-hand reports from council members on previous and future activities and vote on the appointment of new council members.

Nominations are requested for the Council in the prescribed form. Nomination Forms can be obtained from the Secretary to whom they should be returned as soon as possible.

PRESIDENT AND DEPUTY PRESIDENT
Under Rule 11 of the Constitution, the President and Deputy President are nominated by the Local Council for election at the Annual General Meeting.

SECRETARY, TREASURER, EDUCATION SECRETARY, CHARITIES REPRESENTATIVE

The Officers are members of the Local Council, with the exception of the Charities Representative who is an ex-officio member, and are elected annually.

REMAINDER OF THE LOCAL COUNCIL MEMBERS

The remainder of the Local Council consists of Vice Presidents who are ex-officio members and then other members who are elected annually.

* Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held in April 2022 and 2023 Reports from Officers for the current year are available on request and will be available for inspection before the meeting. The officers will be available to answer Member's questions.
