He has been Chairman of both listed and private companies and is recognised for strategic planning and corporate governance. Tony is the UK’s leading author of books on financial planning, and his latest book ‘Business Protection and Corporate Financial Planning’ underpins this seminar.

The SME is the bedrock of small businesses in the UK, making up over 99% of all 5.6 million businesses and is seen as the engine room of the economy. 4 million of these SMEs have no employees. They have a combined turnover of £2 trillion, accounting for 52% of the UK’s private sector turnover. It is most important that the business and people in it are protected; that the business is efficient thus enhancing profitability; and that it is well planned. Tony Granger has specialised in corporate financial planning and introduced the concept of the CBA – corporate benefit and cost audit for cost savings and increased profitability and shareholder value.
