Objective What are the types of disaster losses? Understand how a loss is approached? How losses may occur and what type of damages are made? Through case studies, understand the restoration process, methodologies and how this can meet the insured’s predicament. How there may be implications to Business Interruption and more.

The Southampton Insurance Institute welcomes Matthew Cooper. Matthew is a Director at Revival, a quality service provider primarily operating in the UK delivering restoration services to insurance companies. With over 20 years in disaster restoration, a Honours degree in Marketing and having completed the Professional Postgraduate Diploma with the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Matthew focuses on ensuring all activities carried out by Revival are guided by the 3 principals of Empathy, efficiency and Innovation and that an exceptional service is delivered in all aspects of the business.
