We welcome all members & guests to attend a briefing from Bank of England Deputy Agent for Central Southern England Florence Hubert. Florence will discuss the current economic conditions, the Monetary Policy Committees expectations for the likely future path for GDP growth and CPI inflation and the Committee decisions for Bank Rate and the stock of purchased assets financed by quantitative easing. Florence B C Hubert became Deputy Agent for Central Southern England in March 2016. Prior to joining the Agency, Florence was an adviser contributing to the assessment of banking sector risks to UK financial stability, in support of the Financial Policy Committee. She represented the Prudential Regulation Authority on several technical panels at the European Banking Authority.
