AF5 (Financial Planning Process) Pre-Exam Training, Thursday 1st October 2020

The Personal Finance Society Hants & Dorset, Surrey and Thames Valley Regional Committees in association with the Insurance Institutes of Bournemouth, Guildford, Reading and Southampton have organised a ‘distance learning’ training day via an online and interactive conference video facility for those members who are studying for and taking the AF5 examination in October 2020.

The cost of the day’s training will be £82 for PFS members and £92 for non-PFS members. Your attendance will be confirmed once you have booked online. There is a maximum of 12 attendees. If we are oversubscribed, you will be placed on a waiting list.

The day will commence at 0930 sharp and finish by 1700, with breaks timetabled for lunch etc throughout the day.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all face to face training organised by the Regional Committees has been suspended for 2020.

The AF5 preparation day aims to increase your chances of passing the exam.

The course objectives are:

To go through the fact find and preparing for the AF5 examination.

Delegates should fully familiarise themselves with the fact find beforehand. Delegates are also advised to look through the latest AF5 Examination Technical Guide.

The course trainer is John Trayner FCII FPFS, a CII approved trainer, who has supported the Personal Finance Society Hants and Dorset Region’s exam revision programme since 2018.
