Wellbeing
SEMINAR 26 February 2020
Can wellbeing really live up to the hype?
We welcome all members & guests to attend a lunch time seminar which will be presented by Nick Bloy from Wellbeing Republic.
Overview
In the last few years, wellbeing and mental health have become buzz words that feature heavily on the agendas of many corporate boards. But is it just another fad or is there something fundamental about wellbeing that has the power to radically transform the way we work and live?
In the presentation, Nick will look at the link between wellbeing and performance and what it means both from an organisational perspective but also what it means for you, as an individual, thinking about your own wellbeing and its impact on your work and personal life.
Learning Objectives
By attending this event, delegates will be able to identify:
- What wellbeing is and why it is important (with specific reference to the insurance industry)
- The impact that poor wellbeing has on the workplace (beyond sickness absence etc)
- What organisations can do to bolster the wellbeing of employees
- What you can do to bolster your own wellbeing
About the speaker
