Giving and Receiving Feedback (ahead of year end conversations).
Many managers find delivering feedback one of the hardest areas of their job. They know that if it’s delivered poorly, it can be demotivating. If it’s withheld, progress can slow, frustrations can rise and relationships can breakdown. And yet when delivered well, it can strengthen relationships and increase productivity and performance.

• Prepare effectively for delivering feedback
• Recognise the two ingredients needed to create psychological safety so that the message can be heard in the right way
