Online
Tuesday, 21 January 2025
1:00 pm – 2:00 pm (UK time)

Overview: Delivering good outcomes is a requirement under the Consumer Duty and the regulator is looking for evidence that firms are monitoring outcomes and dealing with poor practice in an agile and timely way.

Presented by Jim Dart a career insurance professional, having spent more than 46 years as a broker, an underwriter in the Lloyd’s market, part of a composite insurer’s claims team and, for the past 20+ years, in regulatory compliance, where he is Managing Director of Dart Compliance, a specialist General Insurance compliance consultancy.

He is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI) and holds the International Advanced Certificate in Regulatory Compliance from the International Compliance Association (ICA).

Objectives: On completion of this session delegates should understand how management information should be based on the firm’s view of ‘what good looks like’ and linked to the four Consumer Duty Outcomes, appropriate targets for achievement, and management review where standards are not met.
