1:00 pm – 2:00 pm (UK time)

How often do you experience stress? Do you know how to identify its signs and symptoms and manage it effectively? Are you aware of the impacts of long-term stress and the responsibilities employers have in managing workplace stress?

Come and join us for a Stress Awareness Training session ahead of Stress Awareness Month in April. This session is suitable for anyone looking to improve their understanding of stress, whether you are an employee, manager, or business owner. We will cover:

  • What stress is, explore the stress response and its causes, and learn to recognise the different signs and symptoms of stress
  • Why stress management matters, including the long-term effects of stress
  • Practical strategies to help you manage your own stress levels
  • Understanding why stress is also a workplace issue – creating a positive environment to support staff wellbeing, how to monitor and minimize the risks of workplace stress, as well as employers’ responsibilities.
