Moving Beyond Labels: what wine can teach us about diversity and inclusion
Sip and Flourish is a fun and unique concept developed by renowned international trainer, Jeff Heasman. The concept involves active learning in a relaxed environment and is based on the idea that people learn better when they are relaxed and having fun. Jeff combines wine tasting (non-alcoholic options are also available on request) to bring out key learning points. By tasting 5 different wines from Spain and Portugal, we will learn how to move beyond labels and relate this to diversity and inclusion both in the workplace and society as a whole.
