In this fun and engaging session, Jeff will combine his knowledge and experience operating a wine business in Spain, together with his knowledge and experience of providing training to insurance and financial services firms across the world, to provide a review of the last year and discuss likely trends for the year ahead. 5 wines will be used for tasting to illustrate and bring to life the review of 2024 and predicted trends for 2025.

Some of the UK's largest institutions have been guilty of proactively targeting these individuals and the regulator has had enough of Insurers and brokers balancing their books on the most vulnerable in our society.
