Jonathan Edwards, Head of Insurance and Risk, Harrison Clark Rickerbys
Jonathan works closely with insurance companies, brokers, adjusters and corporates on coverage issues, wordings and disputes. He also handles complex claims arising mainly from employers’ and public liability policies as well as motor, construction, property, cyber liability, D&O and management liability covers.
Jonathan greatly values working with clients to put measures in place to prevent or mitigate the effect of a serious incident that would have significant financial and reputational impacts on their business. He provides close support to clients faced with a potentially damaging inquiry, investigation, or prosecution, who need experienced and effective help immediately.
