Innovation, Competition & Consumer Behaviours: what we can learn from sparkling wines.
Following on from our previous successful wine tasting events hosted by the ever popular Jeff Heasman for the Insurance Institute of Southampton, we wish to invite you to come and join the Personal Finance Society Hants & Dorset Regional Committee for this CPD event with wine tasting.
Innovation, Competition & Consumer Behaviours: what we can learn from sparkling wines.
When it comes to disruption, increased competition and changing consumer behaviours in the wine industry, champagne has experienced it all in recent years as new world and old world wineries have begun to produce top quality wines to challenge the traditional producers. There are parallels with the insurance and financial services industries, which have also been experiencing similar trends in respect to the services and products we offer in light of changing consumer behaviours. Through tasting 5 sparkling wines from different corners of the world, Jeff Heasman will draw on his expertise in wines and insurance to show what lessons we can learn in insurance and financial services when it comes to innovation and competition in the market. Renowned for their fun and relaxed way of learning, this is a session not to be missed!
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
- identify current innovation, competition and consumer trends in insurance and financial services.
- understand the parallels with the world of sparkling wines and what we can learn.
- implement a strategy to ensure products and services are aligned with current and future trends
