You’ll hear from M&G Wealth Pension Specialists, Colin Simmons who’ll focus on: · the fundamental change in how pension testing limits will impact clients who are already taking some of their pension benefits and help you answer two of their most common questions; ‘will I get more cash?’ and ‘’what do I need to do?’ · the importance of Transitional Tax-Free Amount Certificates, what they do, how to calculate the numbers and how to get one whilst identifying those client profiles where this will be of most relevance. · two other significant areas of regulation that may impact your advice process – an update on the Thematic Review and the next stage of Consumer Duty as we approach the 31st July milestone.
