The Insurance Act 2015 is the most significant change in non-consumer insurance law in a century. This talk will:
- give you an overview of the key legislative changes.
- enable you to understand how the main provisions of the Act interrelate.
- give all those involved in claims and underwriting a road map to help them understand the Act in more detail when they are called to do so.
- help claims handlers apply the new law to the facts and circumstances of individual claims.
A detailed hand-out will be provided to those that attend.
