Annual Dinner

The Grand Hotel, Brighton
Friday, 29 January 2016
6:30 pm – 11:59 pm (UK time)

All the preparations and hard work resulted in another highly successful Annual Dinner which took place at The Grand Hotel, Brighton on Friday 29 January 2016 - being enjoyed by over 200 members, guests and our sponsors, Bennett Christmas, Pavilion Recruitment and Total Systems.

Hosted by our president, Mark Longford, we welcomed Robert Fletcher, National President of the CII, and were suitably entertained by guest speaker John Martin, "the world's first interactive comedian."

After a fabulous meal, the evening was rounded off with live music from the band 'Retro Pack'; a Rat Pack Swing Rock'n'Roll & Soul Band to listen or dance to.

The evening also included the customary raffle which raised well over £2,148.40 (net of Gift Aid) - a great achievement by the Charity Committee! Our thanks go to the Companies supporting our event and providing raffle prizes: Ansvar, Aviva, Caravan Club, JLT, Marsh, Navigators & General, NIG, Nsure, Pavilion Recruitment, Sutton Winston, The Grand Hotel and Total Systems.
