Using an insurance related scenario, Jeff's Introduction to Negotiation Skills for Insurance Professionals will be exploring the different styles, strategies and qualities found in good negotiators. He will also look at the skills needed to plan the negotiation process and the tactics and language which will help to influence a positive outcome.
