FCA Update - Insurance Distribution Directive

5:30 pm – 7:00 pm (UK time)
    • Clair Brand, Associate Director, Branko Ltd

October sees the long anticipated Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) come into effect. This latest directive will impact all areas of the insurance market and will introduce new requirements on insurers and intermediaries alike.

The IDD introduces new disclosure requirements, changes the way that demands and needs and suitability are addressed in the sales process and extends the training and competency requirements to front line and managerial staff (particularly those involved in general insurance). It also brings in new PROD rules and changes to the systems and controls that firms must have in place.

To find out exactly how you will be affected by the IDD and what is coming next from the FCA, join us on Thursday 11 October 2018 when Clair Brand, Associate Director at Branko Ltd will explore the above areas and more during this free one hour CPD seminar.
