Questioning & information gathering techniques for insurance professionals
The Consumer Insurance (Disclosure and Representations) Act 2012 emphasises the importance of assessing how clear and specific questions were when a court is deciding whether or not a consumer took reasonable care not to make a misrepresentation.
Furthermore, questioning and information gathering techniques are crucial skills to be applied throughout the industry, from application forms through to claims investigation and settlement.
Whatever your role is within the insurance industry, this fun and interactive session, led by Jeff Heasman, is sure to be relevant to you as it explores:
-
assessment and strategy
-
types of questions
-
methods of questioning
-
understanding questions and responding effectively
