About our speaker
Sarah has had an established career within the insurance and pensions industry. She started her career as a commercial underwriter before spending 15 years focusing on strategic business change and leading large teams.
Sarah now combines her management consulting experience with her passion for psychology and Masters in Neuro-Linguistic Programming to provide coaching and support to individuals recovering from corporate burnout and workplace bullying and harassment as well as providing specialist coaching to those looking to change careers or start up their own businesses. Alongside this Sarah provides training on key business and soft skills.
Sarah is also a past President of the Insurance Institute of Guildford.
