About the speakers:
Claire Collings, Legal Director - Claire has 20 years’ experience in advising on a wide range of commercial disputes including subrogated property damage claims, product liability and fraudulent insurance claims. Claire is often complimented on her effective and pragmatic approach to resolving disputes and is a keen advocate for alternative methods of dispute resolution, such as mediation. Claire is on the Council for the Insurance Institute of Southampton and is the current Education Secretary. Claire is also a member of the Subsidence Forum and the Southampton Property Association.
Jacqueline Dickinson, Associate – Jacqueline is a litigation solicitor , having qualified in 2009. Jacqueline advises on all aspects of insurance, with specialisms in property damage, employers liability and public liability claims, effectively resolving disputes and achieving the best possible outcomes.
