Annual Dinner 2015

It is with great pleasure that we announce that The Insurance Institute of Swansea and West Wales Annual Dinner will be held at the Marriott Hotel, Swansea on the 27th November.

The Annual Dinner is always the highlight on the institute calendar; offering a fantastic evening of delicious food, fine wine and excellent networking. The institute's President, Sarah Budden, would be delighted if you and your guests could join us for this very special occasion.

Ticket prices have been held at the same price as recent years, with individual tickets costing £52 per person. This includes a delicious three course meal, plus entertainment and speeches from our President and our well-respected after dinner speakers.

We are also delighted to be able to announce that Branko Bjelobaba has agreed attend this year's Dinner as representative of the CII.

As usual we expect demand to be high so please reserve your ticket(s) as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Your table plans can be forwarded at your earliest convenience. Dinner Jackets and ties should be worn by the gentlemen and evening dresses or cocktail dresses by the ladies.

There will be a Charity Raffle at the event with proceeds going towards the Presidents Charity. Last year we raised over £1,400 for the Swansea Neath Autistic Society.

We always have a fine range of prizes and please let us know if you would like to donate a prize as we welcome all donations.

We do hope that you will be able to join us at this fantastic event to celebrate the work of the institute and the wider profession across South West Wales.

Special room rates: we have negotiated a special rate of £95 for a single room and £105 for a double/twin room, with breakfast included at the Marriott for all our guests. These rooms can be booked directly with the hotel and you should indicate that you are attending the dinner to obtain the preferential rates.
