AF3 Pension Planning Revision Day
This revision course is brought to you by the insurance institutes of the North East. The full day course is designed to help you develop your exam technique and knowledge within the six key areas of AF3 for the October exam.

1. Money in – annual allowance and tax relief
2. Death benefits
3. State pensions
4. Early leavers and transfers from defined benefit schemes
5. Pension income options – secured, UFPLS, Unsecured
6. Small pots and triviality
Trainer Biography
Jeff has just passed his 30th year anniversary of working in the financial services industry, much of which was spent working within pensions. With RDR on its way, he gained Chartered status in 2008 and helped many advisers between 2010 and the RDR cut-off to meet the necessary qualification requirements. Since then, he has continued to train technical courses at both Levels 4 & 6. He has recently been using his knowledge in a more practical way, and applying his pensions knowledge for clients by becoming an associate of John Holian, the 'Virtual Paraplanner', based in Harrogate.

The course must receive a minimum number of 12 registrations to run. Registrations followed by non-attendance will be required to pay the full ticket price. If you are no longer able to attend, please give 5 working days notice to sandra.mcdonald@cii.co.uk so that your place can be offered to another candidate, otherwise the full ticket price will be payable, any cancellations will be acknowledged by return email.
