Our October CPD presentation: THE AGE OF UNREASON Vulnerable clients; understanding capacity and powers of attorney – As the world grows richer and older mental illness is becoming more common. Understanding how to provide a service to those with limited capacity is vital for you and your businesses, whether you are providing insurance or financial products. A presentation by Sharon Richardson, Director Solicitor and Belinda Poulter, Associate Solicitor of Crombie Wilkinson on behalf of the Insurance Institute of York.
