The Achiever’s Award is here to recognise people, working in the Insurance, Financial Planning or Mortgage Broking fields in the Bournemouth and surrounding areas who go above and beyond, having a positive, beneficial impact on their teams, their workplaces, their clients and/or volunteering in their communities and so are a shining example of the values we aspire to.

Nominations can come from those who work with the person they are nominating, or the person themselves as long as the reasons for the nomination can be evidenced and substantiated.

Open to non-CII/PFS/SMP/IIB members as well as members.

Nominations can be for those at any stage of their careers in General Insurance or Financial Planning, they could be young professionals, career returnees, or lifetime achievers, as long as they have a positive impact and inspire others to uphold our professional values.

So if you are, or you manage, or work with someone who encapsulates this, we want to hear from you with the reasons why we should give you or them this award that comes with a trophy and a cash prize as well as huge amounts of recognition whilst being our honoured guest at our Annual Awards Dinner in March 2025.

A FEW EXAMPLES FOR GUIDANCE

  • How the individual has made a considerable contribution for their community by: volunteering to their local CII/PFS Council or local community or organising industry events
  • How the nominee made a contribution to increasing professionalism within the industry by successful completion of an external qualification, perhaps over a short period of time or shortly after changing careers or joining the industry
  • Demonstrate a commitment or achievement to support Diversity & Inclusion in their job role or outside of the workplace
  • How the individual demonstrated outstanding performance
  • Demonstrate a commitment to professional standards by achieving or working towards qualifications, whilst holding a position of responsibility
  • Demonstrate ability to coach and mentor others or be a positive role model by influencing others to achieve a successful outcome for the business or industry
