This session will discuss equality and diversity, and will consider the legal requirements within a workplace. It will also explore what types of discrimination are unlawful, and how can you avoid claims.

Learning objectives
By the end of this session, delegates will be able to identify;
•the legal requirements of equality and diversity
•what conduct is lawful and unlawful
•how to better protect your organisation against discriminatory conduct

Speaker's biography
Paul Menham is an experienced and practical employment lawyer.
